In the interest of younger generation, he has taken up Career Guidance Counselling with Zeal of service and has conducted Career Guidance Programme for more than 3000 Schools and Colleges all over India. He had conducted more than 500 Placement training programme across the country including the top institutions like IIM and IIT which facilitated thousands of students to get placement in top Multinational Companies.

He has started a unique Career guidance and Resource Centre in Salem with huge data base information about all the Institutions and Courses available in the world. He is the person who does complete data analysis of various examinations, Question Papers, Admission Process etc. Due to his complete analysis many students were able to take right decision of their career.

He has stepped on as a Correspondent and Secretary of a well renowned Engineering College Narasu's Sarathy Institute of Technology, Salem. He motivates and inspires the students to involve in innovative learning process, and he exposed the students to the current corporate culture to excel in 360 degree angle.

On behalf of the Rajiv Gandhi foundations, Rahul Gandhi has given him to prepare a Career Guidance Module for the entire country. He got several awards including Gold Medal from Anna University, for securing first rank in M.Tech, Outstanding Achievers award form Indian Jaycees and Vocational Excellence Award from Rotary Club.
