The Dhanalkshmi Srinivash College of Arts & Science for Women, run by the Dhanalakshmi Srinicasan Charitable and Educational Teust, mjeant exclusively for Women, was established in a utal place in Perambalur - Thuraiyur road in 1996 in one of the most backward districts of Tamil Nadu. It got recognized by the UGV under 2f and 12b in teh year 2003. The motto and vision of the college are to create and dissemination knowledge, as knowledge is power. The mission of teh college is to impart a liberal, modern, sound and quality education to women students at an affordable cost, edpeciallu to women from the poorest strata od the society and most rural backgrounf, un frontiest areas such as Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science and Computer Application, Information Technology etc.
