Dr. M. V. Shetty Memorial Trust was instituted in memory of Dr. M.V. Shetty, M.S., FRCS, FRFPS(1917-1976) was an eminent Surgeon and Professor of Surgery. He was also a Commandant of Home Guards and Director of Lions Artificial Limb centre, Mangalore.
