Eligible marks to join Engineering courses
The Government has announced the minimum marks for the admission under the Government quota through the single window counseling. For the Management quota seats in the Engineering colleges that come under Anna University, this minimum eligible mark remains unchanged.
Other Community (OC):
A minimum of 55% in the subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
Backward Community, Backward Class (Christians), Backward Class (Muslims):
A minimum of 50% in the subjects like Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
Most Backward Community and De-notified Community:
A minimum of 45% in the subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
SC/ST:
A pass in the subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry is sufficient.
