Hungarian scholarship for Indian students!- 10-Jan-2019
Hungarian ministry in cognizance with Indias University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced scholarship study programs for students from India, excelling in various spheres.
For Indian students aspiring to get admissions to carry out UG, PG and Research Programs at educational institutions in Hungary that is in Europe, the Hungarian Ministry of Human Resource provides complete education fee waiver along with monthly stipends. Further, students getting admission are provided with hostel facilities with medical insurance covering the period of the program.
Programs:
UG programs duration run from 2 years to 4 years.
PG programs are 2 years
Integrated PG programs are 5 to 6 years duration
Research programs run up to 4 years
Special programs are usually 1 year programs
Eligibility: The students must be an Indian citizen. Should have completed plus two before 1, August, 2018. Must have cleared the entrance examination with 60% of marks. Should have studied in a school that is recognized by the government of India. Should not have studied through this scholarship program.
Age limit: He/ she must have completed 18 years of age.
Scholarship: Apart from waving off education fees, it provides about Rs 10,000 per month for those getting admission to UG, PG and Integrated programs.
For those pursuing research studies, Rs 35000 are provided for the first 4 semesters. After which they are provided with Rs 45,000/ . Further, they are provided Rs 10, 000 for hostel facilities and Rs 16,000 for medical insurance
