Due to the advancement of technology, there are many para medical courses that are creeping up these days. Just like the previous episode we will go  through a few here.

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology

Duration: It is a 3 or 4 year course.

Eligibility: Should have passed plus two through science or maths group.

Job details: Medical Research Laboratory plays very important role in prevention, diagnosis and the treatment process of any disease. Those having completed this study carry out these jobs.

Although, they do not have much direct contact with the patients, they play an importnat role in diagnostic procedures in all the hospitals where there are diagnostic laboratory facilities.

Bachelor of Nuclear Medicine Technology


Duration: This is a 3 or 4 year course.

Eligibility: Must have passed plus two through science or maths group.

Job Details: This study enables to develop intricate skills to know about the underlying disease of patients by passing radioactive waves. In order to shine in this field, it is important to improve certain amount good knowledge in Radiography, Medical Imaging & Therapy methods, Radio Chemistry, Applied Physics, Radiation Physics and Equipment Physics.

Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics



Duration: This is 4year or 4 year 6 months program.



Eligibility: Must have passed plus two through Maths or Science group.

Job Details: This new study that has been recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India is focused on providing treatment to loco-motor and muscular problems of individuals. Experts in this field facilitate patients to come to near normal life through customized artificial limbs and orthopedic appliances.
