Medical Entrance Examination in Haryana-
Eligibility: For admission to the MBBS/BDS courses through the Haryana Premedical Entrance Test candidates need to pass the 10+2/ with PCB and English with 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate.
Participating Colleges: The medical Entrance Test in Haryana is held for admission to the MMBS course in Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rothak (150 seats), Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Medical Research & Education, Agroha, Hisar (50 seats). Admission to the BDS course is done at Govt. Dental College, Rothak (60 seats) and BAMS course is done at ( Sri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College).
For admission to the BAMS Courses candidates need to pass the 12th standard with at least 50%(pass marks for SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate (33% mark in each subject separately). Candidates should study English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Sanskrit at the 12th standard.
Apart from these educational qualifications candidates need also to be either a bona fide residents of the state of Haryana or a child/ward/dependent of of the employees of Indian defense services /Paramilitary Forces belonging to Haryana at the time of entry into their service.
Pattern of Test: The Haryana Premedical Entrance Test will be of 3 hours duration and will carry a maximum marks of 720 consisting of objective type questions from physics, chemistry, zoology and botany. Each correct answer would add 4 marks and a wrong answer would deduct 1 mark.
Obtaining the Application form of Haryana Premedical Entrance Test: The Haryana premedical entrance test can be obtained by sending a request along with a demand draft of Rs. 1050/- drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, MDU Rothak payable at State Bank of India, MDU, Rothak Branch.

Schedule of the Entrance Test
Date of Entrance Test: 10th June.
Date of Declaration of Result: 11th or 12th June.
