In this section, we will see in detail how to go about on the final phase of �execution�  

This is the final step towards a good �career planning�.  

After weighing the options available, considering both short term goals as well as long term goals, we need to move on towards executing or taking action towards the final objective.

The following are the actions to be taken:
�         Have definite job search strategy
�         Complete your resume
�         Collect information about the company
�         Composing a competent covering letter
�         Prepare for job interviews        
After having designed a job search strategy, complete your resume � never try to copy others resume. Know exactly what you have mentioned in the resume.

Then, collect as much as possible the information about the company � core action � ranking in the world �share holding in the market.

Composing a cover letter is the next important task. Your cover letter should entice the employer to go through your resume......  

Finally, it�s highly important to prepare for the interview.  Be sure of what is in your resume or CV. Never be apprehensive about interviews, but be clear in what you need to talk.
