NTR University of Health Sciences convocation-
Vijayawada: The 13th annual convocation of NTR University of Health Sciences will be held here on March 13, according to its Registrar Venugopal Rao.
Speaking to presspersons Rao said that State Governor and Chancellor of the Univerfsity Narayan Datt Tiwari will preside over the function.
The University is conferring honorary degrees-doctors of sciences to three eminent persons Dr P S R K Harnath, MD (Bombay), Dr A Ranganadha Rao (Hyderabad) and Dr M Veera Raghava Reddy (Hyderabad).
A total number of 46 candidates are being awarded with 62 various gold, silver and cash prizes for their meritorious performance during their course of study in the respective degree/diploma.
Rao said that Dr K K Talwar MD (GM)(cardiology) Director, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh is the chief guest of the convocation and he will deliver the convocation address..
