Medical Entrance Examination in Chandigarh-
Eligibility: He/She passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination conducted by a recognize Board/University/ Council with required subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate in these subjects.
Pattern of Test The test consists of objective type questions in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Selection is made on the basis of merit in the Common Entrance Exam (CET).

Obtaining the application form for Chandigarh Medical Entrance Exam: The application forms for the Panjab University Common Entrance Test can be obtained by sending a request along with bank draft of Rs. 1380 drawn in favor of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh to the Manager Publication Bureau, P.U. Chandigarh. The postal Request for the Panjab University C.E.T. should reach the concerned authorities on or before 4th April.
The P.U.C.E.T application form can also be obtained by hand from the designated branches of State Bank of India (SBI). These branches are spread over the following cities-
Amritsar: Main Brancg Hall Bazar, Near Municipal Corporation Office.
Chandigarh: Sector, 14, 17 & 42.
Delhi: Delhi University Branch
Hoshiarpur: Main Branch, Civil Courts.
