Various DAAD scholarships are offered free of charge to eligible international students to study at German universities.
Duration: This scholarship is offered for courses in German universities with a duration ranging from 12 months to a maximum of 36 months.
Scholarships details:
* Waiver of tuition fees at universities in Germany.
* Masters students receive a monthly stipend of 750 euros.
* Students pursuing doctoral studies can receive a monthly stipend of 1000 euros.
* Insurance cover for doctoral and postgraduate students.
* Travel concessions offered to students under the PhD and Masters program.
* Free accommodation in the hostel provided by the University.
Eligibility:
* Must have a bachelor's degree. The course needs to be for a maximum period of 6 years.
* Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Courses are offered in German or English. Must have language proficiency accordingly.
Language proficiency:
* German language proficiency is needed for courses offered in German.
* Must have appropriate IELTS scores as per the requirement of the University.
Documents required:
* Prepare a complete profile and undersign it.
* Submit a letter of intent with the current job details.
* Need to submit a research proposal if the university demands.
* Should submit a letter of recommendation from the previous university.
* Require an experience letter from a senior official of the company where previously worked.
* If required, on completion of the course, must submit a letter of assurance to return back to the home country.
