Everonn obtains LOI from Bangalore college-
Chennai: City-based Everonn Systems India today said it has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) from a Bangalore based college for setting up studio for the process of e-learning.
In a filing to the BSE, Everonn said the Company has received Letter of Intent from M S Ramaiah Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Bangalore.
As per the LoI, the Company would be installing a studio to facilitate the process of e-learning and for networking their CME programmes to their group of seven colleges.
''These courses will also be taken to other Everonn Colleges'', it added.
Shares of Everonn Systems were trading at Rs 100.20 on BSE in afternoon trade, up 17.47 per cent over the previous close.
