Coimbatore: Recently, the Department of Adult and Continuing Education of Avinashilingam University started few certificate courses.
Amongst which, six months duration courses are Certificate courses in Computer Applications and Accounting Software and Herbal Beauty Care.
Other short term courses offered are herbal beauty therapy, advanced facial techniques, embroidery and painting, basic computer applications, bead and sequins embroidery, gift article making, bridal flower tying, herbal cosmetic preparation, hair styles, bouquet making, and artificial jewellery making.
