This is the main reason for lack of attention, inability to recollect what has been studied or read. No interest nor inclination to study. Does not possess the inquisitiveness to study that actually comes while playing video games. No point in cribbing about it.

Let's say you are going to buy a computer, or a car. Certainly, they come with a small book known as manual. Dos and don'ts are clearly written in it.

But, are we born with this manual on how to train your brain? Nope. To address the shortcomings of the brain function, modern science is discovering several new things every day. Let's see them one by one.

Learning how to operate such a powerful brain is not an easy task that can be mastered in a day or two. It is a huge ocean. Its a difficult task to teach the art of overcoming forgetfulness, lack of attention, lack of inclination and dull headed students in these few pages. Its a long process.

First, we need to understand that this brain functions in our body. By maintaining the body properly we can pave the way for the best functioning of our brain. It is important that you take care of your brain right now as you prepare for the exam. Make sure your diet contains the right nutrients for your brain.
