Over the past 30 years, many changes have taken place due to the Industrial Revolution. Now, major changes are taking place due to the existing Technological Revolution.

Skills are highly important!

Today, the situation is that whatever degree one has, be it Medicine, Agriculture, Engineering or Art, you can only stay in the competition of job search if you improve your technical skills. Central and state governments are also giving more importance to skill development. The governments have initiated to improve the curriculum by focusing on skills.

In the present environment, the place one exists is different and the place one works for is totally different ( working from remote). One person can easily carry out several jobs. In five years, the education system which aims only at employment will change completely. Henceforth, opportunities will be available only based on skills.

Happiness-Growth

Throughout our life, we need to utilize what we have learned. The fact is that only those who develop skills to adapt to new changes can survive. In the days to come, be it employment or self-employment, we must ensure that we enjoy 'Happiness as well as Growth'.

If only there is joy in the work we do, we will be able to see growth. Furthermore, right from the college itself, we should gradually expand our contacts. Bigger contacts of industrial companies, scholars, and writers are a great asset to us.

Social service must for youths:

Time is our gift. But, nowadays students are wasting their time on smartphones moving from one social network to another. It is highly imperative that college management engage students in community service to free them from this obsession.

If students come in direct contact with people who are struggling in life, they can see positive changes in their character. With a focus on this, we have created a system called 'Santa-365' in our educational institute.

This apart, we are constantly encouraging students to develop their entrepreneurial skills. We give at most importance to research, innovation and patents. 

Our goal is '1,000 patents per year'.
