Earlier, the role of fund generating was left to the director of the organization or the management. The Non Governmental Organization s have also started to function quickly in this highly competitive world. Hence, it has become a difficult task to mobilize funds and properly use it.
To customize the entire process of resource mobilization and to teach the skills related to resource mobilization, the S.P Jain Management and Research, Mumbai has started four months certificate course. The objective of this educational institution is to customize the resource generated inappropriately. The NGOs conduct programmes as they desire or generate funds by nominating a single person.
These methods may not be suitable for big organizations. Through persons who had completed specialized studies in this field they started to mobilize funds. This course deals with restructuring the programmes of NGOs and transferring of funds.
It consists of five important divisions. They are basic knowledge, communication skills, individual income, enterprise, planning and restructuring. Students training consist of assignments, project work, practical group work, leadership training for group leaders, capacity building and games. The training provided in this course is helpful to those who work and study.
