ABACUS training needed for children- 5-Dec-2009
ABACUS is a computing methodology that helps the children to use the entire brain with the help of some beads fixed in a frame.
Even the most difficult mathematical problems can be solved using this ABACUS. Even those students who hated mathematics get fascinated to the subject.
ABACUS was invented by the Chinese. Chinese do not use calculators, instead they computed using ABACUS mental arithmetics. But, life has now become dependent more on machines. We have the fear that our children might become like Robots, doing no work.
ABACUS training is necessary to make all the cells in the brain work better. 80% of human brain development happens between 2 years to 12 years of age. So, this ABACUS training is provided children between this age group. This training improves the childs creativity, speed, accuracy and listening skills.
UC MAS and Ideal play ABACUS are the only two important ABACUS training centers in Tamil Nadu. After obtaining training in it several persons show interest to start an ABACUS training center. So far many have started their own training centers. Plus two studies sufficient enough to get trained in ABACUS. Its training comprises of 8 stages. The training duration of every stage is 3 months. After learning each stage, a person can provide training to students.
Several students would be highly benefited, if the Tamil Nadu Government takes the initiative of providing ABACUS training in all schools.
