Why good sleep is highly essential? We need to sleep well to rejuvenate our thoughts and mind, recover from bodily tiredness and augment mind functioning.
 
Does our brain also sleep while we sleep? No. Though we are fast asleep our brain doesnt rest, it keeps working. Only during this time the brain works more efficiently. Our brain keeps sending messages when we are working, walking and doing other sort of activities. But, due to lesser workload our brain gets refreshed when we sleep.

It is very much true that Early to bed, early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise. First half of our sleep is very important and very much useful. Hence, stay healthy, do not stay awake too long in the night and find solution to the problems. After finding a solution to our problem we would be able to work wisely and smartly. Functioning like this would help attain our objective to succeed. 

Before going to bed ponder over your problems, to find out a solution. While doing so there is no need to get angry or frightened.  Its good to go to sleep after finding out a solution.  It is possible to find a solution to most of your problems.

Several researchers advise that good sound sleep will enhance your memory capacity.  This will help you retain the studied lessons.  Study all your lessons continuously in the evening for minimum of two hours. Go to sleep quickly after studying. This will definitely help you retain the lesson in your mind. It will enhance your memory power.  Everything that you study can be retained and recollected.  

Hence, sleeping at the right time will help you achieve your objective by quickening your thought process, keeping your health in good condition and reducing your mental stress.
