In the present scenario, television is an integral part of most peoples lives. When someone tells you to switch off the television, its almost like no one understands you. But is that really true?

They say such things only when they see their child focusing on something that they feel is affecting other aspects of his or her life. So, what do you do?

Remember, life has multiple aspects interwoven to it. Each segment represents a different aspect, be it work, recreation, studies, time on the phone, time with friends, or time spent watching TV. All these aspects have to be looked at independently as well as in relation to each other. Always remember that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which basically means that all of these aspects taken together have more significance than any one of them in isolation. So, you need to focus on all these aspects.

Never forget that TV is not that "all"  in your life. It is needed but its not the "only" thing that needs "all" the attention. Moderation is the name of the game.

Being sensible is something that is to be expected of any individual when it comes to their own life and how they lead it, which directly means how you plan your day.
