Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow ship in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics to work under the following research project sponsored Ministry of Food processing, Govt. of India at Periyar University, Salem.
Project Title: Formulation and Antioxidant evaluation of value added convenience foods using processed millet's.
Eligibility:
M.Sc Food Science and Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and Food and Nutrition with 55% of Marks with NET/Ph.D qualification or equivalent qualification.
