The centers at Anna Institute Management and Queen Mary's College are operated by the Government of Tamilnadu. It is essential to write an entrance test to join in these centers. The Anna Institute Management center is a renowned coaching center in India. For the past 4 years an average of 30 candidates a year successfully pass out in the IAS examinations from this center.
A person with determination who possesses the required learning material can study on his own. However, it is advisable to discuss occasionally with friends on the syllabus. This will be helpful to get rid of the monotony of studying continuously for long hours.
Many people consult an astrologer about their future. As you are about to be the future IPS officers, I would like to remind you the adage ‘The only way to know your future is to create it yourself’. We have almost crossed half the journey in our quest to become an IAS officer. We shall see a few more details regarding it.

Doubts can crop up in your mind. I would like to give an excellent example for those who think, 'I am just an ordinary student, I have not obtained ranks in school or college, how can I pass the IAS exams?'

He is considered as one of the greatest among the well-known scholars of the world. How does it come to be possible?
If you look into the life of great achievers, they would have done some exceptional deeds in their young days. I will talk about a few personalities in the next section.
