In the production and utilization of Polymers, Polymer Engineers use regulations and principles of Chemical Engineering. They carry out in-depth study about the features of plant design, process design, thermodynamics and transport.
They monitor the production of Plastics and Polymer. At the production front they happen to supervise the molders and technicians.
Several varied courses are available both through UG and PG programmes. B.E., and B.Tech., studies are offered as Under Graduation Programmes and M,Tech as Post Graduation Studies are available.
