If students wish to obtain degree after their plus2, they join colleges. Usually, more number of students join in regular classes and some of them get admission in evening classes.
Few students opt to join correspondence courses instead regular courses as they intend to do diploma or certificate courses simultaneously. If we posses additional qualifications along with degree, we would be the best choice to the employers. Despite, your degrees providing you a basic eligibility to secure a job, generally, your added talents would add more weightage to your profile.
Some companies do not bother about education qualification of the candidates while few companies insist their employees to secure certain level of education qualifications(generally upto Master degree). Hence, many pursue correspondence studies. In today's globalized world, your natural talents have added advantage along with your degrees.
Your inherent talents may be scrutinized through written tests, group discussions and personal interviews by companies. You must improve your language skills and update your knowledge bank. Practical talents along with degree certificates give you an outer edge over your competitors. On several instances, you would have seen persons, who work with various fields irrelevant to their education. This situation indicates the wide gap between educational degrees and natural talents.
Here, regular students would naturally raise questions about their opportunities, compare with correspondence students. It should be noted that regular degrees usually have academic values than correspondence degrees. If there is a tight competition between regular and correspondence student in an interview, regular degree student would be preferred. Generally, in the field of teaching, regular degree students are always preferred. Whether you do regular degree or correspondence studies, you must develop extra talents and try to get additional diplomas or certificates.
