Generally, an interview process for a job is a complex process. Before taking final decision on appointing a candidate for a particular job, company conducts several rounds of interview. Various stages of interview process are screening interview, HR interview, stress interview, situational interview and technical interview. Screening interview

This part is an analytical and assessment based interview, which is conducted to select the appropriate candidates for the particular job. In this session, specific or standardized type questions are asked. Generally, this type of interviews would be conducted at campuses. Since, lot of candidates would take part in this type interview process, one should be cautious during this type of interview process. Within a short span of time you would have expose and impress the interviewer.

HR interview

The main purpose of this type of interview is to identify an employee having the right skill, attitude and values related to the position to be offered. In this type of interview your language and communication skills will be evaluated.  Basically, this interview gives importance to reveal your personality than your knowledge. So, prepare yourself accordingly.

Stress interview

In this type of interview your skill in managing critical situations will be assessed. Though, you have very good skills and personality at the basic level, your skill set for solving specific critical problem will be assessed in this process. To ensure this, certain particular types of questions will be asked. May be your answer would be wrong but it must be relative to the situation.

Situational interview

It is similar to the stress interview. An artificial situation based on the presumption, will be given and you will be asked questions related to manage that situation. Through your answers, your suitability for the job will be assessed.

Technical interview

HR interview is followed by technical interview. It is diversified and tough, when compared to other type of interviews.  An expert committee will deal with your profound knowledge and understanding capacity on a specific field. Every company or industry gives very high level of importance to this type of interview, as technical operation and knowledge are vital aspects pertaining to specification.
