Research Project: "Development of a table-top equipment for measurement of the lifetime and
diffusion length of minority carriers in silicon solar cells"
Eligibility:M.Sc or M.Tech in Solid State Physics /
Material Science / Nanotechnology / Electronics with minimum 60% or equivalent
(CGPA) from recognized University. In addition, Candidate must have cleared UGC-CSIR
NET/GATE or an equivalent examination.
