PG Diploma in Real Estate Sales and Agency Management-
As the business of real estate has become more complex in structure and more international in scope, the industry has recognised the need for specialised education in Real Estate. In response, IDS National Institute of Real Estate Management (IDS NIREM), www.nirem.org, has launched a one-year distance learning Post Graduate Diploma Program in Real Estate Sales & Agency Management (PGD-RESAM).
This is the first such specialised course offered in the country. Property market analysts attribute launch of dedicated institutes and specialised courses to moving up of Indian property market towards consolidation from the nascent stage.
