Asst Elementary Education Officer exam held-
Krishnagiri: Nearly 4,174 candidates appeared for the recruitment examination for the post of Assistant Elementary Education Officers (AEEO) in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts on Sunday.
In Krishnagiri, 1,441 candidates appeared for the competitive examinations against the 1,593 candidates applied for the posts. M. Karunakaran, Joint Director, Elementary Education inspected the examination centres in Krishnagiri.
Education department sources in Dharmapuri told that 2,733 candidates were issued call letters for the exam conducted at six centres in the town.
The exam was conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai.
