International training exposure for Anna varsity students!- 7-Dec-2022
Students of Anna University, Chennai will undergo a 13- day short-term training in Singapore under the ‘Global Immersion Programme’.
Instruction and Participating Institution: This training programme is offered in association with James Cook University, Singapore. James Cook University, which has its main campus in Australia, has its branch campus in Singapore since 2003. It is featured in the list of top 300 universities according to international rankings!
The university offers various courses in Business, Information Technology, Psychology, Education, Science, Commerce, Accounting, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, Games Design, Tourism and Hospitality.
Importance of Training: Students taking part in this 13-day training will be given 6 skill development exercises namely Leadership, Collaboration, Creativity, Adaptability, EQ, and Communication. Apart from this, the training will also cover experiences like a discussion with tech innovation companies, independent experience in handling small research projects, hands-on training in AI and IoT and finally being part of exhibitions.
Eligibility: Students of CEG, ACT, SAP, and MIT campuses functioning under Anna University, Chennai can participate in this training.
Fee: Fixed fee for the training programme is Rs 1, 60, 000/ that covers air travel, visa, food and other expenses.
How to Apply: Apply to the Director of Center for International Relations, Anna University through their Head of Department along with relevant documents.
