Admission to Masters Degree Courses at MKU-
The Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) has invited applications for admission to the following specialized courses for the academic year 2010-11.
Courses: MSc - Genomic, Microbial Gene Technology (MGT) and Bio- Chemical Technology (BCT). Admission to these courses is based on an entrance test, seminar & interview.
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and MBA Hospital Administration. The admission is based on an etrance test, group discussion & interview.
MSc - Sub-Aqua Marine Ecology & Toxicogenomics (SAME&TG), MSc Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I), Post-MSc Advanced Diploma Course in Plant Genetic Engineering (ADCPGE) - One year DBT funded studentship of Rs 5000/- per month is available. The admission is based on an entrance test only.
Eligibility: Applicant should have studied their qualifying degree under 10+2+3 /10+1+4 pattern in the relevant subjects. Those who are appearing for the final degree examination are also eligible to apply.

Filled in application along with a DD of Rs 600/- towards registration fee drawn in favour of the Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, payable at Madurai should be sent to the Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, Palkalai Nagar, Madurai - 625021.
