The course in Ocean Engineering deals with the design and use of vessels moving on the sea.
Ocean Engineers play an important role in designing of ship, boat and submarine. They learn to devise vessels to withstand salinity, water pressure and power of waves. Along with the usual civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, they are taught ocean related science and designing.
