Ph.D (Neuroscience) and Integrated Ph.D (Neuroscience) for the yea 2010-
Name of the Institute: National Brain Research Centre (NBRC)
NBRC invites applications for its Ph.D and Integrated Ph.D programmed ineach of the following broad research areas:
1. Molecular and cellular Neuroscience
2. Systems and Cognitive Neuroscience
3. Computational Neuroscience and Neuro Imaging
Eligiblity:
Ph.D (Neuroscience)
1. Master's degree or equivalent in any branch of science such as Life Science/Physics,
Chemistry, Maths, Statistics, Computer application/ Pharmacy/Veterinary Science/Psychology. Or
2. A minimum of four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Technology/Medicine.
Application Procedure:
A. The application form is available free of cost at the link
http://www.applicationnew.com/NBRC2010. The same can also be obtained from the Academics section, NBRC, in person or through post/couries by sending a demand draft for Rs.50/-(non refundable)drawn in favour of The Director, NBRC payable at Manesar or Gurgaon.
B Completed application can be submitted offline (by regular post) or online through the following link http://www.application new.com/NBRC2010. The application fee is Rs.750/- for offline , Rs.600/- for online and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/P applicants (both offline or online). The application fee should be paid by demand draft drawn in favour of The Director, NBRD payable at Manesar or Gurgaon , and is non-refundable
C. The Candidates submitting their application offline should send-1) completed application form, 2) copy of all certificates/degrees from secondary (10th) onwards,3) a passport-size photograph, and 4) a demand draft drawn in favour of The Director, NBRC towards the application fee, to reach The Advertiser (NBRC), post office, Delhi 110 051 latest by 6th April 2010.
D. The candidates submitting thieur application online should alson send by regular post a copy of the Registration slip duly printed for having submitted online application, as well as the items2),3) and 4) as mentioned above in C latest by 12th April, 2010.
E. In completed applications and applications received after last date may not be considered.
