Pradakshana - (state 3rd rank in plus two examinations) - 2010-
I was able to excel, as I avoided watching television, told the state 3rd ranker, Prathushana from Rajapalayam. Pradakshana, a student of Chinmaya Vidylaya B.A.C Ramaswamy Raja Matriculation Higher Secondary School scored 1185 in plus two examinations securing 3rd rank in the state. Her subject wise mark details are 194 in Tamil, 193-English, 200-Maths, 199-Physics, 200-Chemistry and 199 in Biology.
She told, "In the tenth public examinations, I obtained first rank in Dindigul District. I studied with an aim to get state rank in the plus two examinations with the same enthusiasm. Both, parents and teachers encouraged me a lot. Teachers provided appropriate guidance through careful analysis of the marks in the frequently conducted exams and clarified the doubts that surfaced in the difficult chapters.
Everyday, I used study till night 12:00. Several times, I studied the answers for the questions that were repeatedly asked in the public exams and revision exams. As I worked hard, the questions were easy in the public examination. I completely stayed away from watching television. I also kept away from entertainments like cinema", told Prathushna.
