In Person: Collect from any of the university counters of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore on payment of Rs.650/- by DD favouring " Amrita school of Engineering", payable at Coimbatore.

From Bank: Application form can also be obtained fom select branches of Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd. (Thrissur Main, Ernakulum Kaloor, Vazhuthacaud, Coimbatore Main, Bengaluru MG Road, Hyderabad)
