When entering into a new job from college instead being fresh and happy, they seem to be drained out and withered. It is basically because they do not possess the right attitude .

Generally, when youngsters are advised they reply saying that they are being paid for their work....Dont make thinks big about my dressing, my face and my habits.

In terms of being well groomed, when we visit shops we are forced to be reluctant on a salesman who is not groom well, unshaved for four days, dirty shirt and unkempt nails.......It is very important that all employees should have this perspective when it comes to grooming and neat up keeping.
Just like as it is difficult to travel in an unreserved coach of a train since it is packed with diverse people with the stench emanating from the coach likewise others will hesitate to approach any individual who is not groom and looks shabby.
Ignorance can always be forgiven, but an attitude of not willing learn or adapt rules of the institution can never be overlooked. It is very important to understand that a neutral decorum is very important in work spot since even our walk, dressing, habits, culture and lifestyle can make an impact on the people around us. It will be very difficult to work when people frown at you. Beyond earning money, it is imperative to get a good name in the office.
In the current scenario, it is possible to wash clothes as well as watch Television; while listening to music it is possible to shave; while keeping one clean is a necessity in the health point of view, to earn good respect it is very important be pleasant and pleasing with all the colleagues. Salary should help one to be fresh, charming, pleasing and spread good aroma around. If there is a will there will certainly be way..!
