In certain parts of the state, even today, large portion of the minority gets involved in work like tanning leather, rolling beedies, cottage industry and auto driving. Children of the minority community should be provided with some vocational training which would help in uplifting the entire family.
Engineering studies & Employment:
In the recent days, it appears that there is dearth in employment for those having completed Engineering studies. But, that is not the truth. They always have lot of openings. More number of students who had obtained poor marks in schools are joining Engineering studies. As they do not get good marks in Engineering too they become frightened.
English is highly imperative to study engineering as well as for employment. Lack of English knowledge also adds to the fear. Although, it would seem as if there is a dearth in employment for those who had completed Engineering, but there is always need for man power in every segment. Lot of employment opportunities is available for engineering students in Gulf countries like Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
At times, there could be ups and downs in employment. But, due to the changes happening around the world these ups and downs will change very quickly. Keeping this in mind many assume that engineering studies has spoiled their career.
Obedience a must:
The four years of study is very important. If every single day in the four years is taken really seriously, certainly there would be no problem with employment.
If a student desires to excel in future in terms of employment and wants to do well in all the endeavors the attitude to obey is very much necessary. Getting involved in NSS, NCC during college days will develop good qualities. Life certainly will be excellent if you have good discipline, along with Education.
