Sandhya - (Plus 2 - State level 2nd Rank): 2010 -
Sandhya completed her plus two in Vivekanandha Higher Secondary in Pandamangalam, close to Vellore in Namakkal District. She scored 1,186 in the recent plus two public exams and ranked 2nd in the entire state of Tamil Nadu.
Sandhya told, "I did expect to get first rank at school level, however obtaining second rank at the state level is a great delight. I never postponed my work; I completed my work on the very same day itself. Then and there, I corrected the mistakes that I committed in the preparatory examinations. I spent most of my daytime for studies alone. I studied from 4:30 AM in the early morning and studied only till 9:30 PM.
Must study with great determination and with involvement losing no hope. Avoiding TV help to accomplish. I want to be Doctor and serve the people. My school management, teachers, parents and brother supported me well to succeed", told Sandhya.
Sandhya scored 196-Tamil, 191-English, 200-Maths, 200-Physics, 199- Chemistry and a total of 1186.
Sandhya hails from an Agricultural family. Her father, Rasappan, mother, Shanthi. Her brother, Arunkumar is a top ranking student in Anna University, Chennai.
