It is important to render as much assistance as possible to the downtrodden irrespective of caste creed and religion. Education must be provided positively to the poor. Subsequently, if a poor boy from downtrodden gets educated his entire generation will come up in life.
Everyone should have the objective of helping the downtrodden. Everyone, instead of coming to the city to start educational institutions, if they start their educational institutes close to their own village, the entire nation will soon develop. It is very important to provide education to every single person in the country. Above all, the substantial increase in number of girls joining higher education every year shows the growth of the nation.
Contribution of Private Sector:
Contribution of private sector in the field of education is highly imperative and necessary. They would work day and night, to develop up their educational institution. Would carefully administrate every single move. On the contrary, it is very difficult to find such hard work in government offices. As for as private sector is concerned, they would work for long hours without bothering about time. But, it is not so in government establishments. Everyone should work without any time constrains without making any distinction.
Education institutions should be established only with the objective of providing service. Fishes in the lake not only lives by consuming the waste found in the lake as well as cleans up the lake. Private sector is also the same.
Tamil Nadu students work in various parts across the globe. Excellent functioning of several private educational institutions is the sole reason behind it. In Tamil Nadu alone there are over 530 private Engineering colleges functioning. Not even 10 government Engineering colleges are in the state. This alone reveals the contribution of private sector in providing Engineering studies.

However, more changes need to be brought about in the educational sector in our country. Education without any donation is highly necessary for the growth of the country.
Educational institutions in popular countries across the globe do not have any specific time frame to complete Post Graduation studies. As in India, they dont have a time frame of minimum of 2 years or so. There, it is also possible to complete the studies even before the allotted time frame.
Educational system in our country also needs to be move up to international standards. Changes brought in our educational system should help us to compete with developed nations. Practicals should be given more value, not for theory.
Secret behind my success is only hard work. I work hard even at the age of 87. Hard work and hard work alone is the secret for success. Not luck.
