Skills alone can provide jobs- 16-Jun-2015

Most parents thrust their desire into their children without asking what the child needs; what subject they like the most?  what job they prefer to take up?

Parents Role: Education alone is not enough for students to be successful in life. They should develop themselves in sports and other extracurricular activities.  Only then, they would be easily select as an eligible candidate where ever they go.  Students studying with the objective of only just scoring marks, do score marks and settle down in a job.  After that they dont prefer to take any extra effort to seek better opportunities.

But, those who obtain average marks and acquire other skill sets fight the odds that come against their life. Keep moving in life to the next level after succeeding in small things. They finally catch up with a grand success in life.

Hence, parents should allow students to select course of their interest, encourage them to stay focused on the subject. Encourage students to freely acquire other skill sets that would lead them greater success.

Role of a student: Students should also realize their actual interest and aspiration. Study the selected subject with complete concentration.  For which, they can approach parents and elders for advice.

Few years ago, competition prevailing among students was much less. Even those with little skills got jobs easily. But, todays scenario is entirely different. Hereafter, only those students possessing more skills sets will get jobs. Hence, develop the needed skills and grow up in the way that is acceptable by society. Though there are many colleges these days, only very few take up higher studies after under graduation.  Lot of students should come forward to carry out higher studies.

Government's Role: With lot of colleges coming up, several youngsters are coming out of college each year seeking jobs after completing studies seeking. Job opportunities should be increased in accordance to the number of students completing studies. When the Government is giving away several freebees to the people, why cant they come up with jobs?  If they get a job, they would lift up their entire family.

Government should stop providing freebees to the people; instead if they come forward to provide a job for every family, families would develop.

Certainly our country will be a developed nation very soon, if the governments take initiative to provide jobs to everybody and ensure everybody should work!
