Mano Chithra, a student of Kaveti Patti Kurinchi Matriculation Higher Secondary School secured the third rank in the state scoring 1185 marks. "By the grace of God I was able secure third rank in the state. I have plans to study Electronic Communication Engineering. Serving the people by becoming an IAS collector is my future objective.
My schoolteachers, parents were highly supportive to score high marks. Not only during exam times, I never watch TV. Desisting from watching TV helped me to score good marks. I was unable to obtain state ranks in SSLC exams, though I scored 484. It's a great delight acquiring state rank in plus two public exams", she said.
Subject wise marks scored by Mano Chitra are as follows: Tamil-195, English-192, Maths-200, Physics-199, Chenistry-199 and Computer science- 200.
Mano Chithra's father is a junior engineer in the BSNL at Namakkal. Mother, Premalatha is a homemaker. Her brother, Jawahar has written SSLC public exams this academic year.
