Foreign companies invest here as companies banking on our skills. This project will become a failure if we dont have the right human resource and skills or if we dont utilize the opportunity properly.

Engineers have great role in the success of this project.  In the event a new company is to be opened, if 1000 workers are needed, 100 Engineers are needed for the same.  But, only, very few accountants, managers are required.

Lack of concentration posing lot of threat:  Foreign companies that invest in India bring in new technology. Indian engineers capable of handling these new technologies in the most efficient manner are in need. But, lack of proper concentration among youths of these days seems to look as great hindrance to the growth of the nation.

Most students suffer a lot not knowing how and when to properly use the mobile, internet. Rest time for students has drastically declined.  They go to sleep only after midnight.  Next day come to class tired and groggy.   If only smartphone and internet are used properly, it will be of great help to the development of the students and for the growth of the nation.

Bright job opportunities: Obtaining higher education in the present globalization era has become obligatory.  Along with higher education, it is necessary for the students to study add on courses related to the industry. Although, it doesnt require exams; but it is indispensible to acquire skills through systematic training.

If Engineering graduates do not get job, they have some problem somewhere. There is nothing wrong with the college or with the engineering course.  College alone cannot bring these students to higher level.  It is important that such students along with their parents should take the needed effort.
Experts predict that once again our country has big growth opportunity.  Students should realize that they need to develop the required skill towards it.
While passing out through college if one acquires skill sets required for industry, then job opportunities will be bright.
