This is the question that araises in the minds of many youngsters. Students desire to earn their livelihood after the successful completion of their education. Some youngsters  are caught up in life threatening jobs,  thinking that it is wrong to stay in the house for months or a few years after the completion of studies. Are the employers giving work  as a social service? All employers extract as much as work possible paying minimum wages. Meagre salary and maximum work seem to be the principle of any employer.

When analyzing the problem, it is found that family problems and staying at home for a longer period compel an individual take up a job for a mere Rs1000/- or Rs 1500/-. As a result, many people placed in such difficult situations, are unable to take up either competitive exams or upgrade their skills, after completing their studies. This information is for such people.

The Banks and the public sectors extract not less than 8 hrs of work from their staff. In spite of everything being computerized, the work-load, instead of getting decreased is going on increasing.   The reason may be that no new job vacancies are created or there is no intention to fill up the existing vacant posts. Hence,  acute necessity of job placement exists not only in the private organizations but also in the public sectors.  This is the foremost need of the hour. So, do not think about studying or joining the course by seeking permission after getting employed.

Instead, you should try to manage your time effectively. Raise as many questions as possible to yourself like the available job opportunities for your qualification and your basic skills, how to prepare for this, what to study, when to study, the area that requires more training, by combining with whom to acquire these skills. After boosting yourself with such an inquiry,  each of the questions must be discussed and finalized with a friend or a well-wisher and then according to it, start working towards it. If you slacken off in these efforts, remember that you will be forced to work throughout your life for a petty salary in the same old frustrating organization.

If none of these are possible, find out and get the qualification and skills needed to advance yourself to go higher and higher in the same institution. Opportunities are available everywhere. The question you should ask is that what would be beneficial to your future.
