In the present scenarios, quality is being thought and talked in all most everything. We, also happen to choose a college based on its ranking.

Generally, evaluating a college should not be based only on its infrastructure. As, most of the colleges, today have good infrastructure and research laboratories. But the fact is that, quality education can be only provided by teachers alone.

Apart from good teaching faculties, colleges get its significance due to the ability to provide good job opportunities after the studies. As a result, colleges are involved in imbibing all the skills required for the students to acquire a job.

Since institutions like IITs and NITs provide good job opportunities, students show great interest to join theses institutions.  There are two important things to be noted here; firstly, as lot of funds are allocated for these institution that are functional under the government, they are easily able to tie up with many foreign institutions; next is that, these institutions provide admissions to the brightest students.

Subsequently, many domestic companies and multinational companies swiftly come forward to hire students of these institutions.

Whereas, as for as private educational institutions are concerned, apart from bright students, mediocre students too come to study. In this situation, it is responsibility of educational institution to provide quality education to all the students.

Responsibility of the students:

Joining college after deciding to take up Engineering studies, students of the particular domain should show high level of interest to inculcate skills required for engineering steam. Making good friendship with bright students, they should take sincere effort to improve skills in diverse fields.

Likewise, parents too have important role to play. They should constantly and closely monitor their child whether he/she is moving in the right direction.
