In four years, there are lot changes happening in the behavior of students. As such, it is possible to feel that skill sets of students have gone to a different level due to the technological advancement.
In this situation, if teaching faculties do not upgrade their knowledge level continually, they cannot live up to the expectations of present day students.
In todays technological development, there are both positive as well as negative. But, one set of students are always immersed in social media. At this young age they require minimum eight hours of sleep. But, they go to bed around 12:00 in the night!
As they are very tired after waking up and making it college before 8:00 AM, they are not able grasp that is taught in the class even by the best of the teachers. Nowadays, it has become a great challenge to the teachers to push and to teach to such students. As a result, it has become necessary to orient teacher incessantly to get the better of such a situation!
As for as students are concern, Skill development is very important. Apart from regular curriculum, every year, with the help of specialized trainers it is important to provide various special trainings in Maths, English, Soft Skills, Aptitude, Technical skills and Employability skills!
If students have this interest, they can move on to the next level. This growth is not only essential for the student; it is also needed for the family, society and for the country.
To conclude, every student while completing his studies, should feel confident that, I too can succeed. This is the main requirement for today.
