In this fast paced life, not a day passes without any emotional disaster. Be it road rage; yelling at the spouse for misplacing car keys, Mobile phone, annoying honking.

Many of them are not even aware they are unyielding, as they heedlessly attract Negative Emotions.

In my two decades experience of meeting and interacting with people has translucently exposed the emotional short comings in many of them.

To begin with, I had to surely mention two of my very close friends, one who stood first in School an XLRI product and another an ACA (Inter).Both managed very well in their academics and in the rudiment on unfolding a celebrated career, both of them fell off from this planet.

It was absurd of these guys, to react in emotional propulsion.
 
It was glaring the IQ had propelled them to perform in their assiduity but their EQ has failed dismally.

When everyone believes it is an IQ which can gravel for a valorous career, but this was blighted by two of my classmates.

IQ may find its roots with Nature (DNA) whereas Emotional intelligence can be Fostered & Schooled.

Emotions had to be addressed wisely.

Thanks to Daniel Goleman, Psychologist for generating this phraseology, in the year 1995.Understanding emotion and handing it with efficacy is the nucleus of this hypothesis.

Approaching Emotional Intelligence through various realms like knowing your emotions being fear or love, gauging is needed to judge your self-confidence, ie self awareness. Self Management is managing and disposition of your emotions in accordance to your strength and weakness, mainly perceiving your impulsive instinct.

Emotional Intelligence is essential to interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships at school, Colleges, Work and at home, - McCown.
 
The most essential benchmark of EQ conjecture is the Social awareness.

Here you not only evaluate your emotions but also forecast the emotions of others.

The first step to reducing stress perceives what feels like. How your body does react when youre stressed? Is your experiencing tremor in your stomach, palataptation in your heart? Is your hands scrunched? Is your breath shallow? Being aware of your physical response to stress will help reconcile tension when it occurs.

Segregate your stress response. Each person reacts differently to stress. If you tend to become angry or agitated under stress, your best response would be to stress-relieving activities that muted you down. If you tend to become depressed or withdrawn, you will respond best to stress relieving activities that are stimulating. If you tend to freeze speeding up in some ways while slowing down in others, all you need stress relieving activities that provide both comfort and stimulation.

Our system isnt programmed to be in constant fight or flight mode.

Discover the stress-busting tenor that work for you .The best way to reduce stress quickly is by engaging one or more of your five senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.

Each person responds strangely to sensory input, so you need to find things that are appeasing or revitalizing to you.
For example, if youre a visual person you can relieve stress by surrounding yourself with enriching images. Visit a picturesque location preferably with waterfalls.

If you respond more to sound, you may find a wind chime, a favorite piece of music at home or listening to music, either yester years Elvis Presley, Boney M, or Indian Classy AR Rahman, Mastreo Ilayaraja, or the olfactory of flowers helps to quickly reduce your stress levels. These go a very long way in managing your stress through EQ.
