In the last two episodes we saw how to prepare for TNPSC exams based subjects.

History: Samacheer history books from the class of VI to XII will be highly useful to get the base level of understanding.

It s good to know about history of Indian independence (1857 -1947), Governors (1757 -1947), Buddhism , Jainism , Social Reform Movements, Harappa and Mohenjadharo civilization, Gupta Dynasty, Mauryan Empire, Chera, Chola, Pandiya, Sultans and Marathas.   

Economics:  Need to focus on the economic relationship between central and state governments.

General Knowledge & Current affairs:  This section is considered as a crucial section to score good marks.  Daily news paper reading will be great of help to answer this section.

Areas to focus will be famous personalities, Govt schemes, National affairs and that of Tamil Nadu.

Geography: Maps of India and TamilNadu, Mountain Ranges and Peaks, Research Institutes are some of topics that need concentration.

Mental Ability: One fourth of the questions arise from this section.

Few Tips:  Need remember important years. As there are no negative marking in this exam, it is important to attend all the 200 questions.

Acquire the practice of completing the 200 questions in the specific time.  Hence, everyday workout two previous years question papers.

Its highly important to study about current political situation, economy and social events for Group II, VI and VIII.  

Success is certain if you systematically study and refer only right guide books. It is possible to download the prescribed syllabus from websites on to your mobiles or computers.
