Success doesnt come just like that nor can it be obtained as a gift!
Its the fruit of hard work and the result of toiling day and night! For a lazy one even the day is just like night, but for those who work hard success awaits where ever he goes!
Success will become a way of life to those who cultivate the five Cs in life and go on to create history getting into the record books.
Five 'C's are as follows:
1. Character: If you possess good skill, getting to the peak is very easy, but to stay there on top requires great Character. Hence, Character is the base for everything!
2. Courage: In an effort to continuously walk in the right path requires great amount of courage. Courage is required to stand strong for truth without cowing down when situation isnt favorable.
3. Competency: Only if its sweet, it could be called as sugarcane; if not its just an ordinary bamboo stump! Only if its hot, it is called chill; else its just trash!
Likewise, only if you possess competency, you could be called as a go-getter. Knowledge alone doesnt give you victory always. It is the ability to use knowledge in the most productive manner which is known as Competency that gives success.
4. Commitment: Commitment is highly essential to stick on to the promise; to accomplish the taken up assignment; to reach the success target by meticulous planning and execution.
5. Creativity: It is the ability to carry out any given task with ease and finesse. Its highly important to carry out any task in finer manner and differently too. The intense ability to contemplate to carry out any job in the different manner leads to creativity.
