Memory loss is one problem that most of us like students, youths, professionals and elders face almost day in day out.

Generally, memory loss can be classified into two major groups. One is a temporary loss another is the permanent loss.  The second, permanent memory loss happens to very few persons due to some illness or due to some damage to the neurons in the brain. This memory loss needs close attention of medical professionals.

Many are affected by the first type of memory loss.  It really hampers the functioning of the day to day life.  Most important reason for this is due the undue anxiety arising as a result of the fast pace life, work pressure and worries.

More than physiological reasons its the psychological reason that many have temporary memory loss.
Memory loss could be due to lack of self-confidence, comparing with others, low self esteem and due to unnecessary guilt.

Apart from this, memory loss could be due to lack certain vitamin for the body, malnourishment, bad habits, lack of interest in job, pressures in the family and office.

Solution:
Memory loss that happens in day to day life can be overcome with set of few exercises.   Firstly, it is highly important to plan for anything and everything.  For example, have small plan about the things to do the next day. Write it down in a small paper or key it in your mobile phone.

Next is that, exercise to improve concentration. For which its not necessary to close your eyes and meditate for few minutes.  Withdraw from the hustle- bustle of life and move to quiet environment and listen to your favorite music or songs. Along with this, eight hours of good sleep everyday will refresh your mind along with your body.

Instead of focusing too much on leisure, it is good to set a right time for it. If we inculcate the mind that all problems have solutions, it will be possible to avoid unnecessary confusions.  In the name of multi tasking do not keep hands on too many works. Instead, take one work at a time. 

Memory loss can be driven away if we avoid needless contemplations, anger, jealousy, confusion and sincerely take to gentle exercises.
