Recently, I read that, Continuous development and continual development are terms that rule the heart of every Japanese.
Though these two terms look similar, but they carry two different meanings.
Generally, going through a known process is always comfortable and secure. But, there will not be any sort of growth or development. Even routine works also should be made simple and easy through creativity, making way for the doors of success to be opened.
Being first is not the real success, but improving constantly is the true success. So, it is very important that we should keep on working without any stagnation. Every work that we happen to do, we need to show a gradual development or improvement. If we happen do a work again and again there should be an increase in quality and development along with innovativeness.
Those who arent open for new ways, means and argue, I have over twenty years of experience, I will do the job, the same way" and those who shun away new innovative ideas can never start the journey of success. So, let us all begin to work with the zeal with the thought, " Whatever I do, I would do it innovatively".
We shouldnt be crippled with thoughts such as, will I be able to take newer steps?'.... . Only those who take courageous and daring decisions like, 'Why it cant be possible?' will be able to able tread over problems and attain that pinnacle. Let us also nurture this courage.
Henceforth, lets take innovative steps! If we succeed, we get the crown. If we dont succeed, it becomes an experience. With that experience certainly it would be possible to succeed the next time. So, we will keep trying.
More than the crown that we get through success, the experience that we gain through a failure is much better.
