Many parents with great deal of difficulty admit their children in engineering colleges hoping that by studying engineering their children would have an excellent future. Understanding this, children should work hard right from the first year with proper planning to develop additional skills every year.
Saddest part in our country is that Phd holders apply for jobs that only require a pass in class X. When an engineering student is frightened to fix electrical gadgets, whats the use of engineering study for him as well as to the society? Many students in our country dont know why they studied Engineering. For this situation to change, they should realize that education and life arent different.
If the students equip themselves, they can work proficiently in any part of the world. In a country with a huge population, there is no use complaining about the governments. Instead of complaining about the government and colleges, everyone should realize their role and work on it.
Primary role of educational institutions is to create opportunities by providing students with knowledge and skills. Similarly engineering students should also posses technical mind. Students should improve their technical knowledge in all possible ways.
Every student should resolve to have a different outlook from others, think creatively and last of all to come out with some new findings. If lot of individuals are cracking civil services exam from other states, it is basically because of the vision they have and their hard work.
Rather than taking up a job, students should think intensely on becoming a job provider. Students can form groups, take up loans from banks and start businesses. Most of the top industries in India and across the globe have come up with this little thought.
If you work hard with right precision, there wouldnt be loss nor will you feel tired.
