Time, time its time to sleepif you miss you will not able to sleep

Todays situation has pushed us to the extent to take-in the meaning of the poem and follows it fervently.

Has anyone wondered how long it would have been since you had a quite pleasant deep sleep?  We all know this very fact that a good sleep is good for health, but instead we are deeply engrossed in social network sites such as the Face book, Whatsapp, Twitter and Instagram.       

We are again and again tempted to watch the news, pictures that are in the vast ocean of internet, gruesome accidents, latest information, suicide incidents, and porn videos. In the name of search, our mind is being diverted. 
In a situation where, internet and social network have become an essential part of our life, we should realize that anything beyond a limit is too bad and hazardous.  This search will certainly spoil health. Understanding this, it is important you should come out of the needless groups, take- in what is needed and do away with what is not necessary.    

If this doesnt happen, it would lead to deep depression driving to violent thoughts. Slowly it will erode away our power to discriminate and lead to an anxious mind. If we go to sleep with this anxiety, apart from leading us to a confused mind, this will be the beginning of several other problems.  

Certainly, the activities that we did just before going to sleep will come across our mind the moment we get up in the next morning.  Fact being this, if a night sleep is affected; it will completely spoil the next entire days work. Hence, after careful planning we need to accomplish the days task and should have at least seven hours of good sleep. If, the next day is going to be more hectic, then plan to hit the bed early.

Even though, sometimes it is unavoidable to work long hours in the late, log out of the social network sites 30 minutes before going to bed. Sleep alone has the ability to provide the required rest for the body and the mind, and helps us to function fresh and energetically. Hence, by no means sacrifice your sleep for anyone or anything.
